Section 50 Notices and Letters of Notification of Section 50 Notices all issued

 Section 50 Notices were issued to all 14 properties today, along with Letters of Notification of the Section 50 Notices.  Certificates of Service were signed and witnessed for each.  

The Section 50 Notice requires a 'reasonable' time to enable any final outstanding payments to be made.  This date is 30 October 2026. 

More significant amounts of water into the property.

 At least 4 properties were affected by water coming in following a sudden downpour. 

These included 3F1, 3F2, 2F1, 2F2. 

It is over 9 months since our 'emergency' drain clean by Dunwell's, and may be worth a repeat.
