More significant amounts of water into the property.

 At least 4 properties were affected by water coming in following a sudden downpour. 

These included 3F1, 3F2, 2F1, 2F2. 

It is over 9 months since our 'emergency' drain clean by Dunwell's, and may be worth a repeat.
